NFHAM 2

Day 2:  Welcome back to our National Foot Health Awareness month series of mini-posts to help you keep your feet in tip top shape.

So really, how often do you really think about your feet?  Probably not too often except maybe cursing them just a wee bit when you first get out of bed in the morning and take those first few painful steps.  If you experience this, you're not alone.  In fact, these days with so many people sitting for a majority of their day, foot issues are on the increase.

So, today, instead of sitting for hours on end at your work, or home, set a timer to remind you to get up and walk around the office, home, block, neighborhood, etc., for a bit before you hit it again. Your feet will thank you AND the rest of your body will too.  And you can bet that when you make this a habit, your productivity will increase as well!
